Our Staff

All members of staff have regularly updated safeguarding and paediatric first aid training.

Miss Cara Golding - Manager and Designated Safeguarding Lead - BA Hons Interprofessional Child Centred Practice & Level 6 Early Years Development

Miss Golding loves being outdoors, cooking, and music and is very, VERY messy! She likes taking us out and about into town to experience the world around us. She loves water play the most, especially hot and sunny paddling pool days.

 
Mrs Sarah McManus - Deputy Manager and Deputy Safeguarding Lead -NNEB

Mrs Mcmanus just loves glitter and all things sparkly! She is very good at running and her favourite colours are pink and black. She makes the best play dough ever!

Mrs McManus is very warm and caring and always on hand for a lovely cuddle when required. She is great at teaching us lots of maths skills in many wonderful ways.



 

Nursery Management Committee

There is a nursery management committee which is comprised of eight people:  The nursery manager, two church ministers, the ex-manager and ex deputy manager of the nursery and three other church members. We have a member of the nursery management committee who comes in to lead music sessions with the children. The committee employs the manager to manage the day to day running of the nursery.  A meeting is held three times a year to update the committee on nursery business.

Mrs Karen Mason - SENDCO and Key Person -NVQ Level 3 Early Years

Mrs Mason is very kind and caring and she loves puzzles and animals. She makes the most epic train tracks and construction masterpieces and is great at finding bugs in our bug hotel. Her laugh is completely and utterly infectious!

Mrs Mason is the best builder and can make an awesome den out of anything!
Mrs Hayley Sargent - Key Person -NVQ Level 3 Early Years

Mrs Sargent is very funny, she has lots of great jokes. She is amazing at drawing pictures of all kinds of things and helping us to try out new science experiments.
Mrs Sargent creates wonderful realistic and detailed role play set ups for us to play in too!

Mrs Sargent is great at getting into character and joining us in our role play games, she makes a great police investigator!
Miss Faye Windmill - Nursery Assistant

Miss Windmill loves to play, especially role play games. She makes a great patient at the doctors and a super client at the hair salon too.
Miss Windmill is our favourite story reader. she uses props and is really great at getting into character with an array of voices to bring books to life.
Mrs Guida - Nursery Assistant

Mrs Guida is very clever and loves to grow, cook and create. 
She helps us to grow all sorts of fruits and vegetables and prepare them in delicious recipes.
She is a super ex PTA Mum and has lots of ideas of fun things for us to try and create in our art station.
